"Everything you want is on the other side of fear. " - Jack Canfield
I'm shedding light on the acronym..."WTF"!
Before you think I'm saying a naughty expression...slow down.
The acronym I'm referring to stands for "what's the fear"? What's really holding you back from accomplishing your goals?
What do you keep running from? What emotions are you stuffing or hiding because you're afraid if you revealed them, you wouldn't stop crying?
Breaking through glass ceilings and barriers requires us to shed light on all the ugliness we've been hiding or running away from.
For almost 25 years, I let my "major chip on my shoulder" stand in the way of achieving my hopes and dreams.
25 years!!! That's 25 years I can't get back. The real root of my fear...rejection! What's the fear? What's YOUR fear?
Three years ago, I called myself out on my s#!t. I "knew" what I needed to do but everyday, I felt like a failure because I couldn't (and wouldn't) follow through.
I had the skills, the talent, the connections, the ability but THE thing I lacked...accountability!
The moment I committed to formal accountability, was the moment that changed EVERYTHING.
Accountability + applied knowledge (action) gets us the results we want. Period!
What to you want to achieve that you haven't done so already? What do you want more of? What's your accountability action plan?
Does it involve a coach? If not, it should. Your goals are too important to keep putting on the back burner.
Think you don't have the time or can afford a coach? What's it costing you, without one?
Time? Relationships? Sleep? Money? Freedom? Opportunities?
Ask a coach what their process entails. Be informed. Reputable coaches will give you the first session "on the house" (I'm one of these coaches). Let's connect.
Don't look back on your life a year from now, wishing you would have done something different.
Be proactive. Be relentless. Be an inspiration to you and others around you. Be in control.
