Be the Competitive Edge in Your Business

Standing out in your industry is a pretty big deal. Of course, we don't always do it for recognition. Most of us genuinely want to help the clients we serve.

However, being the "leader" in your field sounds easier said than done, right?

Quick question, have you ever said “anybody and everybody is my client”? If so, today’s tip of the week video is going to challenge you to think differently (in a great way, I promise).

Essentially, there are 7.1 billion people on this planet. I bet you’ll get pretty tired if you're focused on reaching all those people.

When think about serving the masses, we come up with other ways to address all their needs. We slash our prices, customize client offers and create new “gimmicks” to attract more customers. 

In reality, this simply takes our focus away from the things that matter. We spend more resources on things we shouldn’t, we overwork ourselves, and our client experience becomes “average”.

If your like me, you didn’t get into your business or career to be “average”. You wanted to help people solve a problem. You wanted to be known as the go-to person for “fill-in-the-blank”.

The way to reclaim that for yourself…it’s focus!

Focus on WHO you want to serve

Focus on WHAT problem you solve

Focus on HOW you do it better than anyone else
