Last week's "Coffee with Queenie" chat was amazing! We chatted about ways to overcome the "dread of Monday" and living in "I can't wait until my next vacation" mode.  If you can totally relate to either of these scenarios, pay attention!

Before we get into today's recap, I want you to say out loud, "I deserve to love my business AND live the life I love!" Now, say it twice as loud and then ask yourself, "Self, do you truly feel that way?". If the answer is "no", how do we shift the answer to "yes"?

For many of us, the thought of "rocking the boat", when it comes to our business routines, is a pretty scary concept. For example, you know you need to hire another staff person to take on the the extra workload or you want to drum up more business with a great marketing plan. You would love to do this today but you would rather wait for a better time, like when you have more cashflow or when you get done with your busy time of the year.

Here's the challenge with that thinking: There's NEVER going to be a better time than in the present to tackle your professional dreams and goals. Can I be frank with you? If you are not taking action towards a goal, you probably don't want it, after all. Want the secret to achieving success quickly? It's discipline! Professionals who want to achieve greatness for themselves and their business, simply do WHATEVER it takes to get it done.

Check out this short video on how to take control of achieving success in as early as 30, 60 or 90 days.

Keeping your need for change to yourself? Who else needs to know your intentions for the company's growth: your staff, an organization that can help you find the resources you need (like a Chamber of Commerce), your peers, your family? Can any of them help hold your "feet to the fire" when the changes start pushing you back?

Accountability is critical to the process of change. It's easier to drift back into what is comfortable when the going gets tough. Having another person "in the loop" can help you get back on track or give your another perspective when you are feeling frustrated with a situation.

So, what is the next step into creating your thriving business or career?

Email me at Erica@thequeenofresults.com the three action steps you are going to commit to in the next 30/60/90 days to achieve your professional goals. If you need some direction, I would love to help you with that, as well.
